Joshua Biele
Investment Analyst, Partner
Josh works within the investment team, heading up the collective’s research for equity funds. He has a focus on all styles and regions within equity investments including smaller company funds, high active management, and passive instruments, all designed to mitigate risk whilst improving client returns. Alongside this, Josh manages private asset investments via the Saltus private assets fund.
Josh joined Saltus from Saunderson House, where he previously covered equity research. Prior to this, he worked for Aviva Investors covering their select range and supporting the multi asset team with third party equity research. Josh is a CFA Charter-holder and has completed an Economics BSc from the University of Southampton. He is also working towards achieving the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation (CAIA).

At home...
Outside of investments, Josh loves travelling, cooking, music and simply catching up with friends at the weekend. He is also an avid gardener, who aims to furnish his colleagues with next year’s batch of homegrown vegetables.
