James works with families and individuals to advise them on all aspects of their financial planning based on their needs and objectives. His expertise centres on wealth accumulation and creation using efficient tax planning and appropriate investment vehicles. James also helps companies structure their employee benefit schemes appropriately and cost efficiently, whilst also engaging with employees to ensure they are financially literate.

James has worked in financial services since 2003 and has more than twenty years’ experience in the industry. He joined Saltus through the acquisition of Forrester-Hyde Limited, where in addition to advising corporate and private individuals, he held the role of Managing Director.

James has expertise in building financial plans that help individuals and companies accumulate and create wealth through efficient tax planning and appropriate investment vehicles.
